Sue currently managers the Business Development and consulting staff for HR on Demand, a company that provides HR services to small and medium sized organizations in the Greater Toledo area.  The bulk of Sue's career has been in large Financial Services companies where she gained broad Human Resources experience including extensive compensation and performance management program development and administration; employee relations intervention; and building strong client partnerships. 

Sue gained valuable perspective during the massive down-sizing activities of the early 1990's.  In addition to managing aspects of the organization's initiative, she volunteered in their Career Transition Center .  It was at this center that Sue helped long term employees rebuild their self esteem, understand their worth outside of that organization and move to the next stage of their careers.  Much of her philosophy comes from that, and subsequent job eliminating initiatives where she observed employees who had not taken control of their own destinies, and had limited opportunities in the 'new" workplace.
