A certified Job & Career Transition Coach, Janet Fagan has been working for over fifteen years, helping individuals to realize their career and job search goals, as well as with business owners and entrepreneurs to recruit, hire and develop staff.   

Working with the Educational Testing Service product, SIGI PLUS career development software, Janet developed projects with organizations such as Kodak, Gillette Corporation, and the N.J. Department of Labor.  As senior account executive with the  Caliper  organization, she worked with companies to help them recruit and hire the best candidate for the job, via personality assessments and other criteria.  She also worked with InterviewNow.com in designing online screening questions and competencies for Fortune 500 companies.   

          As Career Center Director for several large corporate projects, Janet has  extensive experience in one-on-one coaching and workshop facilitation.  She has also led workshops in career development/transition and managing change  for organizations such as Bell Atlantic, Manchester Partners, and Right Management Consultants.  She  served on a Right Management task force, charged with creating “ Career Center in a Box”, a prototype of manual used by career centers nationwide.   Janet has taught career skills and life planning at Yavapai College , Arizona , and in July, 2006, she is presenting a career workshop, “Be the Star in Your Own Play”,  as part of the “Woman’s Way” series at the Sedona Creative Life Center.  

A graduate of Monmouth University ’s B.A. and M.Ed. degree programs and the Coach For Life accredited program, Janet is also a member of the Northern Arizona Women’s Business Organization, International Coach Federation,  Sedona Women, and the Greater Sedona Community Foundation.
