Professional Profile
Dee has fifteen years of consulting and training experience,
most of which has been in career development, job transition, and career
assessments. She has worked
independently as well as with major human resource service organizations where
she built a well-respected reputation.
In addition, Dee has also been a
diversity and team-building trainer leading workshops to strengthen cooperative
working relationships. Her client
population spans all major industries for global corporations, small
businesses, government agencies, schools and nonprofit organizations.
Qualified in both the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the
Strong Interest Inventory, Dee has custom developed and led one-on-one career
assessment consultations and group seminars.
She has advised and served as an expert resource for management and
colleagues in best practices for both instruments.
Education
Dee holds a Masters in Human Resource Development with a
concentration on training from Oklahoma
State University. Her undergraduate degree in teaching was
received from the University
of Hawaii.
Professional Contributions
As a presenter and consultant, Dee
has promoted career management at the Society of Women Engineer National
Conference, World Future Society Conference, Association for Psychological Type
(APT), and a public school “Career Day”.
Bridging both her interest and background in education and training, she
has served for a school district as a member of both a Facility Task Force and
Strategic Plan Committee. She continues
to teach English as a Second Language each week for a literacy program.
